There is a fourth. It keeps no address and appears on no schedule. It is the studio at four in the morning, the fitting before the car comes, the dinner where the thing is settled before it is ever written down. It is where the record gets made, the look gets chosen, the career gets changed.
You have spent your career inside it. Almost no one else has ever seen it.
This December, at Faena Forum, we are building that room and opening the door. We would be honored to build it with you.

The Fourth Space opens December 4–5, 2026 at Faena Forum, Miami Beach, in the heart of Art Week.
December 4 begins in private. One hundred VIP seats. One dinner. By invitation.
December 5 opens the doors. By day, an exhibition of what comes next. By night, a thousand-seat room where performance, conversation and art converge around a single honoree.
The first is Janet Jackson.

Miami is where it surfaces, not where it starts. The two days at Faena close a three-month campaign: a silent art installation on the sand, an honoree withheld until the room is ready to receive them, a magazine honoring unity and a docuseries capturing the story.

The Ask
Kaytranada — we are asking you to close it.
You and Janet build records the same way. Rhythm leads, everything else arrives after, and the space between the elements does as much work as the elements themselves. Neither of you has ever had to raise your voice to move a room — the groove carries it, and the restraint is the point.
We would like you to play the headline set, closing the inaugural Fourth Space.
December 4 — The Dinner. A seated dinner for one hundred invited guests, executive partners, and the people who built the careers in the room. We would like you there as a guest, not on a call time. No set, no obligation.
December 5 — Velvet Rope After Dark. Eleven until two, a thousand-capacity room at Faena Forum, following A Conversation with Janet Jackson and the presentation of The Saints Icon Award. Opening DJs into your set; the floor is yours from there.
That is the thread. Two artists who understood that the pocket is the message. One night, one roof, one honoree, and a room that runs from spoken word and theater to Janet herself and then out onto a dance floor. Very few nights can carry that. Fewer still can close one.
The inaugural year is the one that gets referenced forever.
